Robert was truly service oriented and professional. He made it seem like we were his only client; he scheduled our multiple visits on short notice that dominated his days during our home search; he understood our sense of urgency and calmly dealt with our daily lists of search suggestions; he made pointed recommendations concerning home values, offering price, and negotiation issues. After having our house on the market for ten months with two separate Realtors from San Antonio and lowering the price by $35,000.00, we hired Robert. He immediately went to work and found us a buyer within five weeks at a price much higher than previous! The deal fell through, but he did not give up on us. Four months later the house was under contract and we had our pick from two offers at an even higher price. In a bad economy, Robert really did a great job for us! He brought us thirty showings and was very responsive to our needs. (less)
